Rare Recognitions in Training, Medical & Education
Across my career, I have been honoured with rare and distinguished acknowledgments from national leaders, world renowned institutions and international education bodies. These recognitions highlight longstanding excellence in training, communication, medical collaboration, international education, media and professional integrity, forming a clear lineage between early achievements and the standards upheld in my work today.

Notable Recognitions
Prime Minister The Rt. Honourable The Baroness Thatcher
In 1988 while working at Waddingtons Business Forms Ltd, part of the Internationally famous Waddingtons, I was part of a three person training team whose work led to the company receiving a National Training Award. I was recognised internally for my contributions and shaping the internal training modules. This award has been often referred to as a "best of the best" accolade for businesses who achieved excellence through training. This achievement was formally acknowledged from The Rt. Honourable Baroness Thatcher, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and one of the most influential political figures pf the 20th century.
The Rt. Honourable The Baroness Thatcher's formal acknowledgment letter offered congratulations on the award and highlighted the determination and quality demonstrated in developing the training. The letter further acknowledged that we set a standard that others within commerce and industry should look to as a benchmark for training standards.
Acknowledgments of this nature – issued personally and personally signed – are exceptionally rare, particularly in relation to internal training excellence. This makes the recognition not only historically significant, but also a distinguished marker of professional trust and achievement. There is a clear professional lineage between the foundational principles recognised then and the work Ambition In Motion delivers today.
The Institute of Psychiatry
In 2006, I received a formal letter of support and recognition from the Institute of Psychiatry, one of the world's leading centres for mental health, research and education. The institute recognised the strength in my training work and confirmed that I had the professional skills to demonstrate how mental health influences performance of both individuals and organisations.
Their acknowledgment highlighted my ability to help companies understand the relationship between wellbeing, creativity and productivity, and how this understanding can contribute to a more constructive and profitable working environment.
In 2006 discussions about mental health in the workplace were still uncommon, making this recognition notably forward‑looking and ahead of wider organisational practice.
The confidence they placed in my judgement and capability was only extended to only a very small number of external professionals.
This recognition from such a highly world renowned respected academic institution represents a further rare and distinguished affirmation of professional credibility.
International Educational Work and Media
Alongside my UK-based work, I have also contributed to international English Language education. I completed specialist training as an examiner and interlocutor for international English examinations. This included extensive travel and work supporting schools, academies and universities overseas. During this period, I was invited by regional and national television to discuss approaches to English education and to demonstrate effective methods for supporting learners. This is a rare honour and a privilege to represent your country overseas in having your work publicly recognised by extensive TV broadcasting, especially in areas where professional integrity and cultural awareness with sensitivity is essential.
